Rural Wireless Network

Network connectivity

Resolved

The network routing on our upstream provider is now stable and has been monitored overnight.
Work is underway to provide extra diversity in providers to avoid this issue in the future.

Updated

An event has caused a full route re-propagation event on core route reflectors (a full reset of the route data for our network and others provided by our upstream provider).
Re-propagation is now happening, however it is causing high load on core devices, this is being monitored.
While the re-propogation completes, customers may experience interrupted connectivity, longer response times and packet loss.

Updated

We are seeing some connections back online but the issue is not completely resolved.

Investigating

We are experiencing an outage on all sites at the moment.
The source of the problem is not currently known and is being looked at by both WheroNet and our upstream provider.
