Resolved

We have been advised that the root cause of international traffic disruption is now resolved.

Monitoring

Although international traffic is now performing as normal, underlying issues have not gone away and connections are being monitored.

Problem Identified

Our upstream provider is having difficulties with a targeted Denial of Service attack. They are mitigating domestic service, but international connections are still struggling.

Investigating

Our upstream provider is experiencing international transit issues which are intermittently affecting our network.
